Jayson is a fully qualified FA Coach, with extensive experience spanning grassroots football, development centres, and elite academy environments. Over the years, he has built a reputation for his exceptional ability in talent identification, technical development, and long-term player progression.

As an Official Scout, Jayson possesses a trained eye for recognising potential at an early stage. His understanding of modern academy standards ensures that every player within our programme is developed in line with the expectations of professional clubs. He understands what scouts and academies look for — technically, tactically, physically, and mentally, and structures our pathway accordingly.
